Made in small batches, we use a stone grinder to keep the processing temperature low and preserve the enzymes in the nut, truly unique! No roasting, No heat involved, preserving the natural integrity and flavors of the almond. The only ingredient is unpasteurized almonds, – No additives, preservatives, artificial flavors or anything else!
